ccess resources and reading material, descriptions of tasks and exercises to do and also share with other students thro

ugh the online course forums. E-mail support is available to all course students to clarify, answer questions or provide helpful hints and information.

All of our short courses are supported by at least one telephone class that all students can connect into, and share and ask questions. The recording of each class is sent to students who cannot attend the class so you are never missing out. The number of telephone classes varies according to each course.

Most short term courses begin on the first of the month – at monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly intervals depending on the course (for instance a 4-week course will start every 1st of each month, while our 10-week course will start every 3 months). Please contact us for next intake dates.

Energetic Self-care – 4-week course

This is a very important course providing the crucial foundation for anyone working on personal growth, empowerment and spiritual actualization. Learn how to become more aware of your energy, and how it is affected by every encounter and activity and how it affects others. Learn how to clear and protect your energy, how to set appropriate boundaries, clear your home and private space, clear inappropriate connections and learn about the structure of the energetic bodies. A must for anyone serious about personal growth and clarity!

Self-Love and Self-esteem – 4-week course

Self-love and self-esteem are at the core of a majority of our self-limitations and challenges in being happy and successful in our life.
This is an in-depth gutsy course to assist you to heal the relationship with yourself to experience more self-love and self-worth. This course will encourage you to explore conscious and unconscious patterns that keep you stuck in low self-esteem and self-sabotage, where you are stuck in the past, and teach you methods to begin the process of healing, empowering and falling in love with yourself. Not for wimps but absolutely lovelicious!

Who am I – 7-week course

This course takes you on a deep exploration of who you think you are, your ‘map of reality’ and your sense of identity. The material and tasks assist you to understand how you have become the person you are, and beginning to unravel that which is truly authentic from that which you have taken on as part of your life baggage.
Through these 7-week, you will be offered the opportunity to free yourself of limiting beliefs and behaviours, and shine brighter as an authentic unique individual.

Chakra Power – 8-week course

Chakras are energy centres in our system, which allow communication and flow or energy between our spirit and ourselves here on the ground as human beings. Each chakra corresponds to a particular area of the human experience such as our grounding and safety in the world, sexuality and intimacy, personal power, our ability to love…etc.
The health and balance of our chakras are important for health, well-being and self-mastery.
This course takes you week by week through each of the major chakras of the human energy system, and the areas of our life and experience that each chakra relates to. Through our study we will gain more awareness of any potential issues, and how to work with each charka to clear, heal and balance our whole system, as we gain more self-knowledge and awareness of how to monitor our relationship with life.

The Wounded Goddess – 10 week course

This is a course only for women, exploring the wounding that we have suffered, both in our own individual experience but also as connected to the collective heritage of the Feminine on this planet. We focus on various key areas of typical feminine wounding and dysfunction (such as the passing down from mother to daughter, sexua

lity,

relationships, empowerment…etc), and begin to identify issues and experiences. We begin the journey to heal and re

store the balance. We learn how we can contribute to blazing a new trail for women on this planet, taking part in

creating a new paradigm of feminine expression, in sacredness and integrity.

These courses will be offered for mentoring students or students having done the pre-requisite courses. A 1-year course in Sacred Feminine Studies will begin June 09 (intakes twice a year in February and July).

• Courses for Men: Feminine Source loves men! a variety of courses will be tailored to the needs of men: reawakening the receptive, intuitive side, exploring relationships from the wiewpoint of men, how to love a woman, archetypal work, embracing and being comfortable with feeling, self-expression, compassion and much more.
