What is Mentoring?

Mentoring is for those who are committed to bring about the change they desire to see in themselves and in their life. This is a powerful program which empowers you to take responsibility for creating the life you want.

"As a mentor I will support you, walk alongside you, hold your highest potential and share of my own knowing and expertise to assist you become the best you can be, and actualise you chosen goals in a self-empowering and loving way." Feminine Source mentoring students are supported closely by Segolene herself as they integrate disciplines, tools, processes and study courses from the Feminine Source curriculum and programs

Mentoring can help you to:

• Discover tools to help you deal with inner conflict and life's challenges

To grow in a balanced way, an individual must attend to all aspect of their being, expression and experience. While it is crucial to address the specific requirements and wounds of the Feminine psyche, feminine/masculine integration, relationships and the needs of women on the path to self-realisation, and healing and transformational as it can be to explore Feminine Mysteries, it would be very unbalanced to promote an ongoing stream of study and personal growth focused only on the Feminine/Masculine aspects of our student's beingness. This is why our mentoring programs eventually combine the Feminine Source Academy courses and tools, with those of the Global Coaching Community, for which Segolene is also a senior mentor. The details of the program of study will be tailored to the individual needs of each student.

A weekly mentoring fee is payable and courses are then provided free of any additional fee.

3-months contracts, renewable.

• You enter into a relationship contract with your mentor for three months at a time to work together towards goals you set for yourself.
• Participation in online courses - free of charge for mentoring students - and ongoing archetypal exploration, and daily practices for clearing, transformation and growth.
• optional participation in weekly telephone classes (different from the free calls) -call charges at your cost.
• optional attendance at annual retreat

• Embrace the program for a fee of $55AUD per week.
• other costs includes: $50 - $80AUD per year for membership of The Insight Foundation if you are not already a member. regular purchase of support material over the period of the entire training - eg: CDs, DVDs, and possibly text books.

Once mentoring students have been studying for some time and have demonstrated progress and a readiness to step up, they will be invited to join the second more advanced level of mentoring commitment and exploration.
